Heather Hendricks is an experienced attorney who advises clients on complex legal, regulatory, and governance matters across a range of organizational settings. With nearly two decades of practice, she is known for her ability to analyze nuanced legal issues and provide clear, practical guidance to decision-makers in real time. Her work spans constitutional law, administrative law, employment law, regulatory compliance, and risk management. Her practice includes advising on compliance initiatives, governance and policy development, internal investigations, and matters involving free speech, employment, and organizational risk. Before joining the firm, Heather served as in-house counsel for the University of Oklahoma, where she provided comprehensive legal advice to executive leadership, governing bodies, and institutional stakeholders.
